Fitness First Zero 6

After trying different gyms and several Fitness First branches, Zero 6 has become the most comfortable branch for me. The natural sunlight in the gym hall really lifts my energy and improves my mood, and it’s something I value a lot. I’ve had great experiences with the trainers. Ann and Tabby are professional and patient, and I always feel the effectiveness of their sessions. Tabby had adjusted the workout plan several times to better suit my needs. The Pilates Reformer classes with Sonia and Zein have also been excellent — both trainers are skilled and make the classes genuinely enjoyable. The cleanliness is outstanding. The cleaning ladies are always active and the bathrooms are consistently spotless, which adds to the overall comfort of the gym. The front desk team is friendly and helpful, and I’d like to mention Mary for her warm and supportive attitude. Being located inside the cozy Zero 6 Mall is another nice bonus. Overall, Zero 6 has become my favorite gym so far.
